This granola is the stuff of legends! Mona refined her recipe while living in Rome. Made in small batches, it is lightly sweetened with honey and brown sugar, then slowly roasted over several hours so it stays extra crunchy. Made with with eight different grains, almonds and pumpkin seeds, this granola is excellent with fresh fruit and yogurt.
