Shipping FAQs

How do you ship?

We ship using UPS and USPS within the contiguous United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii at our discretion, to ensure the quality of our perishable products. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Perishable products that can be damaged by extremes of temperature are restricted to overnight service or in some cases, two-day shipping. We use insulated packaging to limit the impact of temperatures.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days, most frequently within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends, to ensure the quality of our perishable products. To inquire about expedited fulfillment, please contact us at orders@talbottandarding.com

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please contact us at orders@talbottandarding.com. Please let us know as soon as possible so we may swiftly address any concerns.

Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may at times need to substitute items. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater quality and value.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To inquire about the possibility of canceling or changing your order, please send an email to orders@talbottandarding.com. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation or change requests, it may not always be possible due to shipping logistics. Please contact us for more information and so we may assist you as best we can.

Can I include a message with my gift?

Yes, we are happy to include personalized messages with gift orders. Simply add the message you wish to be included with your gift in the "Gift Message" text box on the Shopping Cart page at checkout.

Claims and Exceptions

Upon receiving your order, please unpack and inspect the contents as soon as possible. Should any of the contents appear damaged due to transport or heat, contact us at orders@talbottandarding.com. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.

We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:

  • Delayed deliveries due to inclement weather or “Acts of God”

  • Incorrect delivery address provided with an order

  • Unopened shipments

  • The intended recipient is not available to receive the package

  • The package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier

  • Items that have been discarded or consumed
