Orders & Shipping
These customer service terms apply to orders placed on www.talbottandarding.com
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. Telephone orders can be placed Tuesday - Saturday from 9.00am - 5.00pm EST.
Talbott & Arding ships Tuesday-Thursday to physical addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska or Hawaii.
Please allow one week to process and ship your order. If you require an order to be expedited, please contact us. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
Perishable products that can be damaged by extremes of temperature are restricted to overnight service or in some cases, two-day shipping. We pack these products to minimize the impact of the heat.
Claims and Exceptions
Upon receiving the package, unpack the box as soon as possible. Inspect the contents. If the any of the products look damaged due to transport or heat, contact us as soon as possible at 518-828-3558 or firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
- Delayed deliveries due to inclement weather or “Acts of God”
- Incorrect delivery address provided with an order
- Unopened shipments
- The intended recipient is not available to receive the package
- The package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier
- Items that have been discarded or consumed.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please contact us via email@example.com and let us know as soon as possible so that we may take steps to address the problem.
