How do I place an order?

My purchase is a gift. Can you write a gift message?
Yes. We are happy to write a personalized message that can be included with your gift at no extra charge. Please specify that you would like a gift message added and write it in the "Special Instructions" box when you add the item to your cart at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Tuesday - Thursday each week. Please allow one week to process and ship your order. If you require an order to be expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
How do you ship?
We ship using UPS.
Talbott & Arding ships Tuesday-Thursday to addresses in the contiguous United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii at our discretion. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Perishable products that can be damaged by extremes of temperature are restricted to overnight service or in some cases, two-day shipping. We pack these products to minimize the impact of the heat.
