We use freshly-milled, organic, whole grain rye flour from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY in our Caraway Rye Crackers. These crackers are robustly flavored and generously studded with caraway seeds. Before baking, we brush them with Hudson Valley cold-pressed sunflower oil and season with Seneca salt. Excellent served with an aged gouda, cultured butter or simply as a stand-alone snack. These crackers are thin, extra crispy and very addictive!
