This coffee, grown by Jose Lizardo Alba on his farm—Finca Los Jazmines—in Huila, Colombia is a pink bourbon varietal. You can expect an abundance of syrupy cherry upfront, the pleasant, round acidity of clementine, and, as it cools, delicate pink, rose florals, which compliment this offering’s fine, tea-like body perfectly.
