There was a small error in my order and Kate called me personally to follow up to make sure that it arrived in XMAS. I had a small request as well and she was able to accommodate that as well and Xmas was saved.

We brought out these cheeses with some crackers first at a party, and then as Thanksgiving appetizers, and they were universally loved. I was happy that there was a variety of goat, sheep, and cow choices, as well as an excellent variety of textures and intensities. I'm also quite satisfied with the actual amount of really great cheese we got for the price - we're STILL snacking on them and experimenting with pairings!
