This collection honors our dear friend Anne Saxelby. Anne was the late owner of Saxelby Cheesemongers in NYC, and was a pioneer in championing fine American cheeses. This selection reflects cheeses and producers that Anne helped to promote and develop, along with a copy of her book, The New Rules of Cheese.
Talbott & Arding will donate $25.00 for every Anne Saxelby Legacy Collection sold to the fund.

New Rules of Cheese by Anne Saxelby
The Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund has been established to provide training opportunities for financially distressed teenagers and young adults. Funds raised will allow youth to apprentice in sustainable systems and agriculture, the way Anne did.
