Kate will be joined by her cousin Conte Sebastiano and together they will lead us through a curated pairing of five cheeses and wines.

The Pairings
Kate and our team of cheesemongers have selected a panel of cheeses which will bring out the nuances of flavors in Sebastiano's wines, and will be sure to impress.
Sebastiano has selected a lineup of wines which represent his region and the variety of flavors expressed through its terroir.
