How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site, www.talbottandarding.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major debit and credit cards: Mastercard, Visa , Discover, and American Express. We do not ship COD. NY State sales tax will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.
How do I cancel or change an order?
To change or cancel your order, please send an email to info@talbottandarding.com.
Can you ship gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are mailed via US Mail and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you need the card to arrive more quickly, please let us know and we upgrade your gift card to be sent via UPS for an additional charge of $10.00. Cards can be redeemed in our Hudson store or with any phone order.
My purchase is a gift. Can you write a gift message?
Yes. We are happy to write a personalized message that can be included include with your gift at no extra charge. Please specify that you would like a gift message added and write it in the "Special Instructions" box when you add the item to your cart at checkout.
When will it ship?
Orders are shipped Tuesday - Thursday each week. Please allow one week to process and ship your order. If you require an order to be expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
How do you ship?
We ship using UPS. Gift cards are shipped via US Mail.
Talbott & Arding ships Tuesday-Thursday to addresses in the contiguous United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii at our discretion. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Please allow one week to process and ship your order. If you require an order to be expedited, please contact us. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
Perishable products that can be damaged by extremes of temperature are restricted to overnight service or in some cases, two-day shipping. We pack these products to minimize the impact of the heat.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.
